Hello, my name is Constance. I am a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer, and a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant with a Master’s degree in Counseling.
I learned through training, consulting and counseling that people generally know what they want, but sometimes we don't take the time to think about it, or to write out an action plan. Most of us need support along the way to target our goals and create action steps, until new patterns of behavior that serve us in obtaining our goals are established.
I don’t work with a generic, one-size-fits-all approach. I talk with . I cater programs that fits the needs, goals, and financial situation of the clients. The concept of catered fitness is to transport my clients to where they want to be through support, knowledge, and a concrete action plan.
