Jane Earnshaw

I am 58 years of age married to Kevin also a fitness instructor and between us we have four grown up daughters. I have been teaching fituess since 1988. I regularly expand my teaching repotoire, attending workshops several times per year. I am also a qualified holistic therapist offering Sports Massage, Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage, and am also a qualified Bowen Therapist and have my own clinic locally.  Since taking redundancy in August I have been focusing on expanding my fitness and holistic therapies business and am currently teaching around 24 classes per week which range from yoga and pilates to spinning, aqua, power pump and brazilian dance.
