I am a group fitness instructor who loves to lead students in a safe yet strong workout. My main workout is a belly dance workout, followed closely by Cardio kickbox and sculpt. I have been exercising for over twenty years (yoga, martial arts, conditioning, Latin dance, Bhangra, etc.) since I was a borderline obese child. I lost 60 pounds at the age of 18 and have kept them off for over 15 years. I believe that enjoying your activities allows you to create a healthy habit out of working out, and I’d like to transmit this to others.
