Linda has 10 years experience as an instructor in the fitness and yoga industries. She teaches a variety of formats including step, hi-low, kickbox, boot camp, toning, cycle, gentle yoga, flow yoga and power yoga. She co-founded a successful yoga studio and is training for her black belt in tae kwon do. Her upbeat personality and easy to follow classes make her a popular instructor. When she's not training or teaching, she is a full time mom to her 4 year old son.
