I have been teaching group fitness for 10 years. I have taught everything from basic cardio, Kickboxing, Muscle Toning, Body Sculpting, Pilates, Boot Camp, and some basic yoga and spinning. I have also been personal training for 6 years and have worked with clients of all ages and limitations. I have worked at different gyms all over the country as well as independently. I worked in Chicago for 4 years and in Los Angeles for the last year. I also have organized and conducted my own outdoor boot camps in Chicago and LA.
