Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Education at Eastern Washington University where he became first athlete to win Academic All-American honors. A record breaking NFL football player from 1998-2002, his 5 year career included positions on the Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens. Jeff has been an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer and NESTA Nutrition Counselor since opening his fitness club in Pittsburgh. He now resides in Austin, TX and works as the Regional Fitness Director and Head Trainer of the largest and fastest growing bootcamp in Texas. His specialties range from permanent weight loss in women to muscle gain and sport specific training for athletes. Jeff’s experience as a professional athlete, coaching at the collegiate and professional levels, and having a degree in health education has allowed him to develop a unique approach to fitness.
