Monique Rigsby

Worked 7 years in marketing. I became an ACE certified Personal Trainer and trained at a women's gym for one year. After 2 children, I became certified to teach indoor cycle through AFAA and Keiser bikes. In 2011 my third child was born and I added TRX to my certifications. I moved to California in 2018 and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. I continue to teach cycle and yoga regularly and love every minute of it!
