I am currently the Group Exercise Coordinator/Personal Trainer at the Saint Francis Health Zone. I oversee the programming for three studios: general population, indoor cycle and small group training and I train 10 to 15 clients weekly. I absolutely love the people I get to see daily!! I love what I do, and if you love what you do you'll never work a day in your life! I get to help so many reach their fitness goals and I get to have fun doing it!!
