Brenda Eppler

I resigned after 11 years as a Financial System Analyst for a large electric utility corporation in 2004 to pursue my true love of health and fitness. I am an avid trail runner who loves the outdoors. When I am not busy teaching fitness classes, I also enjoy road cycling, mountain biking and free style swimming. I am a recreational athlete, marathoner, and triathlete always looking for my next race to challenge myself! I love teaching and coaching others about the health and psychological benefits of a healthy lifestyle. The love of my life is my 19 year old son, DJay. He is in the National Guard training to be a pilot. I have three cats, Boogie, Gypsy and Tootsie; two Australian Terrier dogs, Wags and Chewy. When I'm not exercising, I love to travel and read. My favorite adventures were hiking Torres del Paine in Chile, South America and touring Kona, Hawaii by bicycle. I am currently studying to be a Personal Trainer and reside in my hometown of Pineville, Louisiana.
