While I love the intensity of a good cardio/resistance style workout, it was starting to show wear and tear on my body. That's when I came to yoga – about three years ago. Yoga fit with my body and temperment, so I decided to become a teacher. I want to share not only the physical practice, but also the mind and spiritual connectedness of yoga with my students. I am trying to live my life more mindfully and I want to inspire my students to also explore their own path.
