I am very passionate about my yoga and have been a practioner for 11 years before becoming certified, which was the best thing I ever did. My background of ballet and gymnastics allows for a beautiful vinyasa flow. I always offer modifications as well as asanas that can challenge the more advanced practioner. My kids are both in college now and I look forward to taking my passion on the road and exploring new venues. Namaste and peace to all.
