Paula Barnhart

I started out working at the YMCA in 1989 as a step instructor.  I am a running enthusiast and have been focusing on pilates and yoga in recent years.  I have studied yoga with Hart Lazer 9Calgary), Roxanne Stolk (Israel) and Maureen Rae (Toronto).  I have over 10 years experience teaching at resorts.  I have represented NRG2GO in Mexico, Costa Rica, Jamaica, and Dominican Republic.  I prefer the mind/body contracts.  Most recently I have settled in to teaching at the Ceiba Del Mar in Puerto Morales Mexico.  I have some student testimonials if you are interested from these resorts
