i have been a personal trainer for 7.5 years now.  i am certified through NASM, and ACE and have been certified since 2004.  i worked for bally total fitness for 6.5 years, and was very successful, and now am training out of bodytech total fitness where i am thriving once again.  my clientele range from 16 years of age to 64 and have helped hundreds of clients meet their fitness goals. i love my job and get great satisfaction out of it.
