I am a fitness instructor through and through.  I played sports since I was 11 years old playing basketball and field hockey.  In college I played field hockey.  I majored in Physical Education - Adult Fitness and graduated in 1998.  I worked in commercial gyms while going to school.  I then worked in corporate fitness ever since graduating.  I have worked both full-time and part-time.  I enjoy teaching all kinds of classes and thrive on meeting new people.  I personal train members of the fitness centers and also have taught a variety of classes.
