Group Fitness Philosophy: As an instructor I pride myself in connecting with the members and making them all feel successful at fitness. I believe that everybody is different and every body is different. I always encourage participants to bring out their best by offering modifications and progressions so everyone walks away feeling proud of their accomplishments. Personal Training Philosophy: I believe that workouts are not one size fits all. Your workouts will be personalized for you based on your fitness needs, goals and objectives. My integrated approach to program design will include the right balance of functional, strength, cardiovascular and core training, as well as interval training, balance training, sports-specific training and development of the mind-body connection.
