I have been practicing yoga for over 10 yrs. I became certified in July of '10. I've suffered a back injury in July 2007 which has allowed me to deepen my practice on a more spiritual level. I LOVE yoga & what it means to me...which is many wonderful things...
There are so many practices on the mat we are able to take into our daily lives...most of us need reminders. Mostly, we need to remember to breath, be present & love others...
I am a dynamic individual who brings warmth & love to others...making people feel safe is something I strive to accomplish, in both a physical & emotional manner...
