Julia Amborski

Julia Amborski has taught group fitness classes for the past eight years. Her love and passion for teaching show in every class she teaches. Julia's easily adapts to multiple levels of experience in a group setting. She teaches a wide range of formats including cycle and strength, but her current love is yoga in which she blends meditation and hatha and vinyasa techniques with her own flair to create a warm and welcoming environment for her students. Julia has taught in small family run gyms as well as large scale national clubs. She encourages her students to challenge themselves while guiding them to their highest potentials.
