Michelle Jernigan

Michelle Jernigan brings 30 years of industry experience to her workshop participants. She is a Program Specialist for Barre Above, Barre Above with Pilates Focus, Cardio Yoga, Extreme HITT Chaos and Tabata Bootcamp.  Michelle is a Lead Instructor and National Master Trainer for Bodybar Pilates. She offers certification workshops in the areas of Barre, Tabata Bootcamp, Personal Fitness Trainer I and II, Pilates I and II, Yoga I and II, Aqua, Cycling, Group Exercise, Kickbox, Senior Exercise. She holds a 500 hour comprehensive Pilates Certification,  Group Exercise Instructor certification through ACE (American Council on Exercise), Personal Trainer Certification with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Trainer Certification through AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America. Michelle has created and managed fitness programs at Pilates Studios, Health Clubs, YMCA's, Corporations and Community Centers.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs.
