am a student at heart: inquisitive and curious. My love for yoga and desire to learn more about the body/mind/spirit connection began as a teenager in a studio in downtown London and grew with my thirst for knowledge of the different disciplines. I've explored Hatha yoga, Ashtanga, Bhakti, Vinyasa, Iyengar, hot yoga (Moksha, and Bikram), Yin and restorative yoga. My strong daily asana (physical) practice and extensive knowledge of other yoga styles allows me to bring a sense diversity to my teaching, and connect and cater to individual students. I see yoga as an integral part of living a well balanced and holistic lifestyle bringing awareness to the physical body, clarity to the mind and consciousness to ones place in the universe. I believe yoga should be accessible, above all, to people of all ages, body types, and backgrounds. I feel honoured to be able to bring my growing knowledge to my students, and a deep sense of gratitude to learn from those whom I cross paths with. I do my best to bring a sense of lightness and fun to my class. You will always find me with a smile on my face and an open heart. Namaste!
