I was introduced to yoga by my mother at a young age of fourteen. After graduating high school I went off to the Kripalu Institute in Massachusetts to receive my 200-hour certification under the guidance of Michael Carroll (Yoganand). I lead a playful practice that cultivates strength, grace and awareness. My students should be prepared to sweat, breath, smile, challenge themselves and let go of judgments, tension and expectations! I have experience teaching children, elderly people, teenagers, gentle yoga classes, yin yoga classes, basic/open Vinyasa as well as intermediate and advanced Vinyasa classes in heated and non-heated rooms, and have worked with various different injuries. I have also studied restorative yoga, yin yoga, and Thai yoga massage.
