I have been teaching indoor cycling classes since 2001 and have over that time built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in the indoor cycling field. I teach 4-6 classes per week which are all full with long waiting lists and I also cover classes in and around the Southampton area.

In 2008 I made my presenting debut at Fitfantastic which is one of th UK's largest fitness events and appeared again in 2009. In 2010 I set up the BIG Spin tour which consisted of 4 x 100 bike events raising money for charity. On 14th November 2010 our final event had 180 bikes.

I am now also looking to move into instructor training and took a teacher training course on the 8th November.

My classes are fun, motivating, challenging and safe avoiding contraindicated moves. I would love to have the opportunity to teach classes whilst enjoying a holiday.
