I have been a group fitness instructor for 15 years. I utilize my energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge of body mechanics, using a wide variety of equipment and materials to help the general public become more physically fit, in a safe group setting.
I have the ability to teach to a large group, while interacting and establishing a relationship with each individual participant (eg. their name, any physical limitations, etc.). Using the whole body, I develop and implement creative, efficient, and effective moves, using a wide variety of exercises and routines to motivate class partisipants at their level.
I am always inquiring feedback from partisipants on how to make classes better and offering opportunities to give feedback and voice their needs/wants in their fitness programs.
