I have been actively particpating in Group Fitness classes since 1980. I was trained in 1987 and have been teaching 2-3x per week until now. I am a hi-nrg instructor and my favorite classes are any combo of step, weights, hi lo floor aerobics and weights or choreographed ctep. I am trained in tubing, bands, Bosu, body bar, weight lifting/personal training, cycling, abdominal classes,Barre Fusion and Pure Barre as well as Tabata. I have taught some Zumba but have not pursued certification.
