Baron Carr

Baron is a multi-talented individual who cannot be defined (strategist, marketer, coach, yogi, and visual artist).

Born in Brooklyn, NY, to West Indian and Southern parents, Baron is a veteran business executive and a certified yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance.  As a budding actor, Baron started his nascent acting career at the age of six years old doing commercials, his first being for Jell-O pudding with actor Bill Cosby. Determined to pursue a career in film, at 24 years old Baron produced and directed an independent short film. Alas, he soon discovered that a starving artist couldn’t pay bills, so in 1999 he transitioned to a career in marketing and finance.

Baron has more than 14 years of corporate executive experience.  For eight years, Baron worked at JPMorgan Chase in NYC holding various management positions, eventually rising to vice president, managing more than $100 million in budgets.  In 2000 he joined Allianz as vice president of multicultural markets and branding to develop and lead their multicultural markets business. After three years, he joined Carlson Hotels Worldwide serving as vice president of marketing for their hotel business and managing a $50 million budget. However, as time went on, he was never satisfied, so he resigned and started the b.carr group.  Upon resignation, he saw clarity and discovered his true passion – helping people realize and reach their true potential.

He now is a personal branding coach and yoga instructor.
