Larisa Katz

I was born in Odessa, Ukraine and came to US in 1979. I was always interested in fitness, played college basketball, then had a carreer in computer industry. I got interested in yoga in the 90s, studied with various teachers and decided to get certified to teach yoga in 2000.  I was still working my computer job and teaching part-time. At the same time I got certified to teach Pilates mat and reformer, than at the end of 2001 I decided to teach yoga and Pilates full time. Now I teach about 25 classes/private sessions per week.
