I have been a fitness instructor for 28 years and have loved every minute of it. I love motivating other people to get themselves in good shape, to get/stay healthy and have fun. I teach yoga, yoga/pilates classes and also aerobic classes. It makes me feel good to help other people feel better about their bodies thereby increasing their self esteem and feeling better....becoming stronger, more flexible, increasing their stamina and just plain having fun in the process.
