Jenny began her fitness career in 1989 as a group fitness instructor. After teaching many formats on a part-time basis, Jenny made the transition from the corporate world to a full-time Executive Director at her local YMCA in Delaware.
In 2003, Jenny made the shift to being a stay-at-home mom and went back to teaching fitness classes on a part-time basis. She became a certified cycle instructor in 1996, a personal trainer in 2009 and TRX Coach in 2012. She teaches rhythmic indoor cycle classes six days a week and has a huge following with jam-packed classes. In addition to her cycle classes, Jenny coaches TRX Suspension Training, bootcamp/HIIT training classes using a variety of equipment and body-weight exercises. The balance of her work time is spent doing one-on-one, partner and small-group personal training.
As a certified personal trainer and someone that believes that you have to enjoy fitness to stay committed, she strives to provide a motivating, fun and challenging environment while catering to all levels of fitness. Other certifications include Kettlebells, Weight Loss Management, HIIT/Tabata Training and is a CPR Instructor for the American Red Cross.
On the personal side, Jenny lives in West Chester, PA with her husband and two teenage children. Her personal time is consumed by spending time with family and friends, outdoor running with a local running team, skiing, and of course, travel. She believes that each day is a gift, and plans to enjoy each to the fullest.
