Michelle has been in the health and fitness industry for more than 25 years. She gained her “roots” teaching group exercise classes in the early ’80s and has seen many different evolutions in the fitness industry. She is now certified to teach every aspect of training and holds certifications in group exercise from AFAA, personal training from NASM, and YogaFit and mat basics from Stott Pilates. Her passion is stability ball training, in which she spends many hours for continuing education training and development.
