I am an enthusiastic, encouraging personal trainer who specializes in one on one and small group training. I help my clients learn about fitness and exercise, and assist them with a variety of fitness goals. Whether they want to gain muscle, lose body fat, or just need some extra motivation I am always there to help! As a Human Nutritional Sciences student I am also able to provide my clients with in-depth, personalized nutrition and diet advice. I have also done various nutrition and fitness seminars for sports groups.
