Karen Goins

My name is Karen Goins, 48 years old from Florence, Alabama.  I majored in Health and Fitness Education from

University of North Alabama in 1984.  My primary career for the past 25 years has been in Sales and Marketing.  My true passion is group fitness and have enjoyed teaching Aerobic Fitness classes part time for the past 20 plus years.  I love teaching Step, Hi-Lo, Bosu, Kickboxing, and Body sculpting.

I have 2 sons, Justin, 19 and Hudson, 7.
