Tammy Pankau

I have been working in the fitness industry for the past 18 years.  Fitness is my passion and expertise, I love working in this industry because it is my way of giving back.  I have done everything from cleaning toilets in the club to owning my own health club.  I recently sold my health club because of the economy.  You would not go wrong in hiring me to teach some classes, my first rule of thumb in teaching and training is safety.  Even more so now, because when I owned my own club I learned a lot about safety.
