Group Exercise Certified and Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor.    Experienced in Step Aerobics, Body Sculpting, Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga. My strengths are my ability to relate to a diverse group of participants. I have taught in various different environments, including corporate fitness centers, community centers, and elite 'members only' clubs.  Comfortable with multiple formats: bootcamp, aqua aerobics, yoga stretch, fit ball, bosu.
