I have been a lifelong exercise enthusiast and finally took the next step to share my passion with others by becoming a certified personal trainer. My clients vary in fitness levels which allows me to customize exercise regimes to meet their needs. I would have to say that working one on one or in small groups is my favorite part of training. The personal attention I am able to give my clients helps each one to achieve their personal goals in a consistant manner. In addition to training my clients, I am also a triathlete and always look for ways to incorporate my own personal training into the training programs of my clients. I am also fortunate in that I've accompanied my wife on 4 working vacations and am familiar with what is expected of a fitness professional.
