I grew up loving exercise and fitness, although, at the time I didn't realize that I was 'working out'.  I grew up in a house full of older brothers who were consistently engaging me to play sports.  I played three sports in high school and again in college.  It wasn't until I graduated college that I began to realize how important fitness was in my life.  I left my sports background behind and pursued a career as far from fitness as possible - I sat at a desk the majority of the day and traveled frequently from one side of the US to the other.  It wasn't long before my body began to respond to the lack of attention I was giving it.  I began to gain weight, lose muscle tone, and most importantly I developed a lack of motivation and a defeating attitude. 

I realized I needed fitness in my life.  I decided to do a complete 180 and switch careers to fitness.  This has been the greatest decision in my life.  I am happier and more fit now than before, but most importantly I am helping other people to reach their fitness goals.  I truly love drawing my clients into a healthier, more fit lifestyle.  I have never felt a greater satisfaction than when I help my clients to reach their fitness goal. 

Using my education and experiences I try to find what works best for my clients.  I keep the workouts safe, effective, and fun.  My training style is a compilation of many fitness techniques.  It is common practice for me to combine Bootcamp style drills with Pilates stabilization exercises, then incorporate some body building strength exercises and finish with some yoga and relaxation exercises.  Fitness should be fun while giving you the results you seek.

Some of the specialty programs I offer are; Pilates Mat & Reformer, Bootcamps, Biggest Loser, Bridal Bootcamp, Pre/Post Natal, and Healthy Back.
