I am motivated fitness professional. I am passionate about health and wellness. I believe in an active lifestyle. I teach many different kinds of classes as well as run. I have run several half marathons including a full marathon. I recently had my first child and taught classes up until my 8 month of delivery. I love teaching classes and look forward to seeing results in clients as well as making sure each client has an excellent work out.
