Mary Raiff

I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I have been coaching and training athletes mostly in the sport of soccer for 22 years. I have owned my own fitness business and currently work for two different gyms teaching Spinning. I teach 5 days/wk and some days twice per day. I also teach an abs class. When I am not teaching I work for Vandalia Parks and Recreation as a clerk typist and have filled in for various positions at the Vandalia Recreation Center.
