At 27, beaming with energy, and excited about spreading the importance of meshing physical fitness into daily living, I feel I am in the best shape of my life! Fitness has always been an important staple as I needed it to stay in shape for sports in high school. Although soccer and running were still important to me in college, I decided to spend more of my time exercising in a group setting. I took every group cardio class I could fit into my schedule. Soon, participants would come up to me after class to comment on my outstanding form. People often thought that I was an instructor. I was very excited about the prospect of becoming a group fitness instructor. I finished my degree receiving a B.S. in Health Promotion from the University of Montana. I finally took on the challenge of obtaining a certification in group fitness. I now teach at a corporate fitness center as well as a few health clubs. I love to exercise, understand the importance of exercise, and know how to motivate others to appreciate exercise daily! I have recently began personal training both in a gym setting as well as making home visits. I believe I have what it takes to teach fitness to anyone! This past November I had the opportunity to participate in a fitness video series called Body By Corinne. I dream of creating my own video series one day!
