Denise is a Certified Madd Dog Spin instructor. After spinning for 10 years, I decided to bring my knowledge and love for indoor cycling to the classroom setting. I am teaching at Kick Fitness in Fair Haven, NJ and The Atlantic Club in Red Bank, NJ. I enjoy teaching spin classes so I can connect with others in a group fitness environment. I enjoy bring my passion for cycling to the spin room and creating a challenging workout with fantastic music for all fitness levels.
