Nicole has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 5 years now. Nicole completed her Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics at UBC. While at the University, Nicole competed in the Vancouver Marathon and UBC triathlon. Her involvement in endurance sports lead her to a keen interest in rehabilitation particularly for overuse injuries and chronic pain. Nicole has also been involved in one-on-one rehabilitation training programs for professional athletes, recreational athletes, fitness gurus and accident victims.
Throughout her younger years, Nicole has worked with recreational and collegiate level sports teams to create sport specific strength and conditioning programs. Her current involvement in sport includes rehabilitation training for a men’s Rugby team and developing a martial arts based fitness routine with a special interest in women’s self defence. Nicole also specializes in weight loss and core training with a particular focus on pre and post-natal training. She deals with problems large and small, from exercise related injuries such as torn ACL’s to common everyday annoyances including chronic back pain and lack of motivation.
