I have been a personal trainer for over seven years. I am comfortable in leadership roles but am also easily able to collaborate with others. In the ownership of my personal training studio, I have developed and refined my own personal style and expertise in implementing programs for a wide variety of people. On a personal note, I enjoy cross training and have particpated in several running races over the past ten years. My personal exercise includes a blend of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. I am a certified Mat Pilates and Spinning instructor, but I feel most comfortable integrating these skills into the personal training session. My professional experience as a social worker/therapist lends tremendousley to my work as a trainer. I am able to connect to the client quickly and to invite them to utilize their personal strengths to achieve their goals.
