I was drawn to fitness from my early teens - taking exercise classes in the comfort of my living room and frequently working out in the pool, running courses through my neighborhood, dancing and jumping rope. I took weight lifting in high school and supplemented my biology courses in college with fitness classes. I started teaching group fitness my sophmore year of college and enjoy teaching multiple formats including step aerobics, HiLo, kickboxing, sculpt, yoga and pilates, amongst other formats. I've also taught cycling, aqua, jumprope and BOSU during my 10+ years as an instructor.
