Jennifer Roy

I have been in the fitness industry for the last twenty-three years. I am very passionate about helping people reach their wellness and fitness goals. In my current position as Wellness Coordinator of a manufacturing plant I have the unique opportunity to build a wellness culture outside of a traditional fitness environment.  This has been a wonderful challenge and growth to my already well established background.  I have been a Program Director for a YMCA as well as worked at many different clubs in seven different states.  This diversity has enabled me to become very experienced at guiding and teaching every fitness level and in many different formats. I have built the fitness program at many of the clubs that I have worked for as well as hand picked and trained many fitness instructors.
