Lindsay Byers

You can always catch Lindsay out on the trails or in the mountains participating in some type of outdoor activity. Her favorites being hiking, biking, running and skiing. I believe that overall fitness is a lifelong process achieved through education and determination. I enjoy helping people realize their potential and get them to the next fitness level to sustain a long and healthy lifestyle. My background in marathon running and triathlon training supports my belief in cardiovascular conditioning and improved performance through controlled progression of exercise; as well as developing the necessary underlying strength to avoid injury. I have developed a true passion for the Ironman distance of Triathlons and am currently racing for a qualifying spot at the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii for 2011 I started Performance Training & Fitness to offer clients a unique fitness training experience currently unavailable in Saskatoon. The business is designed for people who prefer one-on-one, partner, or small group training at your convenience. She is available for personal training in your home, at your office gym, in the park, or any of the private fitness facilities throughout Saskatoon. Lindsay loves her work, and is known for her innovative techniques and the ability to inspire and motivate her clients to enhance their lives and bodies through establishing and meeting their fitness goals. She has formulated extraordinary programs for her clients to lose fat, gain strength, enhance sport performance, and improve functional lifestyle. Her dynamic, energetic and supportive approach to training creates a great environment for achieving successful fitness goals whether you are a first time exerciser or a seasoned athlete.
