My name is Kellie Wood, and I’ve been teaching fitness classes for 19 years. My greatest joy is seeing the smiles on people’s faces of all ages as they leave my classes feeling strong and energized. My primary focus is on Zumba and dance fitness, but I also teach yoga, aqua fitness, and kickboxing. I’m passionate about helping people feel good, powerful, and confident in their own skin. Nutrition is also a key part of my approach, as I believe it plays a vital role in overall wellness.
