I have been teaching an average of 5 classes a week for the past 9 years.  I have consistantly been teaching step, step/hi-lo interval, hi-lo, Kickboxing(Combat Cardio) and some body sculpting classes.  I am a VERY ENERGETIC instructor who motivates his classes.  This is only a part time job for me, my full time job is being an Engineer at Ford Motor Company.  I am also into rollerblading, ice and inline hockey, mountian hiking and ultimate frisbee.  
I always provide a challenge to any of my studends no matter if they are hi or low energy and I end my classes with a little saying of mine, ""Fitness is a life style so live it to the fullest"".
