Cheryl Ziegler

My name is Cheryl Ziegler.  I am a 44 year old mother of 2 beautiful girls and am married to Jimmy, my perfect partner.  I absolutely love teaching fitness!!  I have been doing so for more than 20 years now and it just doesn't get old.  My daughters are following right in step with my love of fitness and even better, group fitness.  What is more fun than getting together with other people with music and having fun exercising?
