I am currently a certified Zumba Group Fitness Instructor.  I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia.  I love being the mother of my two boys, 14  and 11 years of age.  When I'm not at the gym, I enjoys spending quality time with my family and friends.  Some of my favorite things to do involve riding dirtbikes, camping, vacationing at the beach, and gardening.  I especially enjoys music of all kinds.  I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.  I am Chairman of the Board for the Girl’s on the Run Forsyth County Council.  I have successfully completed three  half marathons.  After enjoying the benefits of the gym for the past 12 years, I decided to share my love for fitness with others.   I try my best to bring my enthusiasm and energy for teaching and exercise to every class. With my passion for music, I found Zumba to be the perfect solution for working out and having fun at the same time.
