Hello, my name is Megan and I am orginally from Ohio. I studied at Wright State University in Dayton Ohio and have a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Spanish. My Masters is in Administration with a focus in Anatomy and Physiology and am currently working on my second Masters in Sports Medicine at Armstrong State University in Savannah, GA. I was a Division One NCAA collegiant athlete. I had a scholarship for track and field and cross country. I was the captain of the team and a scholar athlete at Wright State University.
Currently, I live in Savannah, GA and work at Armstrong State University. I am the Assistant Director for Fitness and Wellness for the Student Recreation Center. I am in charge of group exercise, personal training, wellness program, and outdoor events for the university. I also am a group fitness instructor at the Southside and Habershum YMCA in Savannah, GA.
I have a passion for fitness and health and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I can teach numerous fitness classes such as: yoga, pilates, strength, cardio, water aerobics, step aerobics, kickboxing, abs, athletic conditioning, spinning and more! I am certified through AFAA Group Exercise, AFAA Personal Training Certified, Mad Dogg Spinning Certified. I love to give people a good workout and make sure they leave with a smile.
My hobbies include running, shopping, spending time with my family and friends, reading, traveling, and being outdoors.
