I've always been a fitness enthusiast and taught classes the second I was old enough to be certified. To complete a balanced approach to teaching, I worked as an Emergency Medical Technician in college and knew I would be prepared for almost anything thrown my way in the gym setting. I think being healthy is about achieving balance and love to inform my students how to achieve that including the importance of a good diet. After graduating with a Liberal Studies and Sign Language degree I taught Aerobics for Club Med in Turks and Caicos teaching high energy classes in various languages. Currently I live in the mountains with my husband and two kids, teach fitness part time, and run marathons.
