I own my own personal training business. Work in a small studio setting as a contract employee. My cliental is by referral base only, concentrating on females ages 28-52 in age who are looking to get in the best shape of their lives. In addition, I train higher-end cliental in their homes. I specialize in coaching clients to reach their fitness goals through a combination oh cardio and resistant programs. In addition, I train several 'group' and 'buddy' sessions that allow individuals to get the benefit of personal training at a lower rate. For variety I teach boot camp classes at a neighboring gym, Nth Degree. Nth Degree classes are a similar style to the sought out 'Barry's Boot Camp' in the California area.
